I live in times where nature is just a click away.

It’s no wonder people are increasingly disconnected; Such breathtaking and precious footages do not reveal the alarmingly unsustainable and destructive fishing practices.

I worry. Yet, wildlife documentaries-like the one featured below-never fail to leave me awestruck.

Perhaps, journalists who report dismal news could consider accompanying them with beautiful hope-inducing footages like the one below.

Bring nature to the people. If they, for some reason, cannot be there to witness it themselves first-hand.

P.s. Aquariums are unnecessary.

Is the act of domesticating and conditioning wildlife still relevant today? Possibly, though most animals generally do not fare well in captivity. (More on the zoo debate) Also, zoos and aquariums often assert captive breeding and re-introduction as a conservation strategy. But is it, really?
